Welllll - Twiggs figured out that Oregon chai + soy milk pretty much works for a chai latte, and alls I'm after is some good iced coffee - the trick is to make a simple syrup: boil water, stir in equal parts sugar. Totally works as the starbucks "classic syrup." I have yet to try Sugar In The Raw though, which I've heard is what's actually in their syrup. I should also mess around with double-strength or cold-brew coffee, but all I do now is keep the leftover coffee from the morning (usually I make extra) in the fridge, have it later in the day.
