some facts for any new people:

I am fair, but level-headed, and you will be temporarily banned for crossing the line.  You get ONE (1) warning about your actions.  If it is repeated I will temp-ban you.  If you are declared as a troll (i.e. a person who does nothing but insult and create nuisance for everyone on the board, etc.) then I will permanently ban your i.p. address.
